Who we are

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, company, intended use, monthly volume, current tools and timing. Booking is handled by Cal.com.
• Ad attribution: if you arrived from a Reddit ad, the ad click ID and campaign tags in the link.
• Reddit pixel: records that you visited this page, so we can measure and improve our ads. To help Reddit match visits to its users, it also receives a random ID we generate for your browser (hashed first) and, once you start the booking form, a hashed (one-way scrambled) version of the email you enter. It never receives the email itself. It runs on every visit. To object, email [email protected].
• Usage analytics: we record how this page is used — pages viewed, when the booking form is started and submitted, whether the calendar loaded, and whether a call was booked — together with the monthly volume, intended use and timeframe you selected. This is handled by PostHog on servers in the United States. We do not send your name, email or company to PostHog. To object, email [email protected].
• Session recording: runs on every visit, except on low-power devices. This replays how the page was used — scrolling, clicks and page changes. Everything you type is hidden before the recording leaves your browser, so the contents of the form are never recorded. The calendar itself is provided by Cal.com in a separate frame and cannot be recorded.

How we use it

• To prepare for and hold your call, and to set up your free test.
• To measure which ads bring suitable prospects. When you book a call with a monthly volume above 1 million, we tell Reddit a lead was generated, sending a one-way hashed version of your email and the ad click ID. We never send your name, company or answers to Reddit.
• To see where people get stuck on this page — for example, if the booking calendar fails to load — so we can fix it.

Legal basis

Handling your booking: steps taken at your request before a contract. Reddit pixel, usage analytics and session recording: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our advertising and this page; you can object at any time by emailing [email protected]. Lead measurement after a booking: our legitimate interest in knowing which ads bring suitable prospects.

Who we share it with

Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting), PostHog (usage analytics and session recording, hosted in the United States), and Reddit (ad measurement, as described above).

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep them for as long as you remain one. Usage analytics are kept for 12 months and session recordings for 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
