Who we are

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email, company, intended use, monthly volume, current tools and timing. Booking is handled by Cal.com.
• Ad attribution: if you arrived from a Reddit ad, the ad click ID and campaign tags in the link.
• Reddit pixel: records that you visited this page, so we can measure and improve our ads. You can opt out at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

How we use it

• To prepare for and hold your call, and to set up your free test if it’s a fit.
• To measure which ads bring suitable prospects. When you book a call with a monthly volume above 1 million, we tell Reddit a lead was generated, sending a one-way hashed version of your email and the ad click ID. We never send your name, company or answers to Reddit.

Legal basis

Handling your booking: steps taken at your request before a contract. Reddit pixel: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our advertising; you can opt out at any time via “Cookie settings”. Lead measurement after a booking: our legitimate interest in knowing which ads bring suitable prospects.

Who we share it with

Cal.com (scheduling), Cloudflare (hosting), and Reddit (ad measurement, as described above).

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep them for as long as you remain one.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
